Does AI Feature in any of your products?

No, all of our products are designed by long suffering artists kept on a steady diet of energy drinks and sandwiches.

How long does my order take to ship?

Our products are made to order so typically take 5-7 working days and are then shipped via royal mail.

All of our products are sent tracked, for UK orders you can expect delivery 1-3 days after dispatch.

For international orders shipping can take between 3-7 days however please allow for customs delays, if your item has been delayed in transit it will be reflected in the tracking information.

I have a card design I would like printed, can you print it on metal?

We can indeed, please get a hold of us via the contact us page so we can have a chat about your design and the various printing metal options available.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use Royal Mail for both domestic and international shipping

I have ordered cards before from other companies and they have been damaged in the post....

It is a sad truth that shipping companies can be rather violent with parcels. Our items are wrapped in bubble wrap or foam depending on the item, packaged in a solid hard board gift box, wrapped in bubble wrap again and then placed in a postal outer bag, short of an armoured car its the best we can do.

Is it REALLY metal, can the design scratch off?

We use sublimation dye printing onto specially coated Aluminum, the image is chemically bonded to the material under the gloss coating, if the coating does become scratched it will still not damage the design, the metal can have scratches polished out and can be cleaned with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol without damage the design.

How do I fill in a metal character sheet?

So broadly speaking you have two options, a marker or a permanent marker. A standard marker will wipe very easily and is ideal for marking temporary hit points of spell slots. Writing in Permanent marker can still be erased; either by reapplying more permanent marker over the top of the original writing and rubbing it off with a cloth or by a full cleanse with Isopropyl Alcohol.
